• Contact information — your name, phone number, and email address, when you create a member account or place a booking.
• Account identifier — a user ID used to sign you in and associate your activity with your account.
• Booking and visit information — the location, service, and appointment details you select.
• Purchase history — records of gift cards or membership fees you buy through the App.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, browsing history, or advertising identifiers, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Payment Information

Payments for gift cards and membership are processed by PayPal. Card and bank details are entered directly with PayPal and are handled under PayPal's own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full payment card numbers.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and bookings.
• To show real-time availability and manage the in-store queue.
• To send you service messages, such as appointment or "it's almost your turn" reminders (by SMS or in-app), where you have provided your number for this purpose.
• To process gift card and membership purchases.
• To provide customer support and keep the service secure.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the App — for example, our hosting and database provider, our payment processor (PayPal), and our messaging provider — and only as needed to provide the service, or where required by law.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You may ask us to delete your account and associated personal information at any time.
